Correction Log Format
When corrections are made, they will be logged in the following format:

Corrections Policy Summary
Our full corrections policy describes how we handle corrections. Key points:
- Response time: We acknowledge correction reports within 7 days.
- Transparency: All substantive corrections are logged here.
- Attribution: We credit users who report corrections (if they wish to be credited).
- Version history: Major scoring model changes include a changelog with added, changed, and known-limitations entries.

Recent versions:
- v2.0 (August 2026): Added six content modes, eight independent dimensions, editorial brief support, evidence-linked findings.
- v1.1 (May 2026): Added repeated terms detection, keyword cloud, FAQ validation.
- v1.0 (Initial): Basic word count, sentence/paragraph stats, title length, repeated terms.
